Town Council and the Citizens of Vegreville regard the Vegreville Volunteer Fire Department as one of the best, if not the best volunteer fire department in the province of Alberta.  Town Council demonstrates their strong commitment to the department by ensuring that all the tools and services are available for them to effectively do their job.  We appreciate the Chief’s leadership and dedication to duty, and to the department member’s dedication to providing this necessary and excellent service.
