Chris, 36, has been with the VFD since February 2002. He was appointed full-time Fire Services Coordinator in July of 2006.  Chris was promoted to Lieutenant in January 2009. He is also the VFD Training Officer, assistant to our Fire Prevention Officer and is also one of our Safety Codes Officers.  His favourite truck and position is Engine #1 and Pump Operator. Chris has his NFPA-1001 training and is a registered EMT-A. Other departments that Chris has been involved with were in Minnedosa, MB and McCreary, MB. Chris was a member of our 2004, 2005 and 2007 Provincial Hose Coupling Champions.

Chris is married to Barb and they have a daughter, Avery and another baby on the way! He enjoys fishing, camping, curling and hanging out with friends.
