Duane, 50, has been a firefighter with the VFD since 1994. He enjoys being Pump Operator on Engine #2. Duane has taken a variety of fire/rescue courses over the years. He has received the Town of Vegreville's 10 Year award.

Duane is married and has one son. His personal interests include collecting model cars. Duane is employed with Heritage Motors in Vegreville as a detailer.
