Greg, 53, has been with the VFD since 2007. His favorite truck on the VFD is Tanker #3. Greg has several fire/rescue courses under his belt and is looking forward to achieving many more.He most recently received the VFD Employee of the Year Award from the Town of Vegreville for 2009.

Greg is employed with Immigration Canada in Vegreville as a Startegic Analysis Officer.

Greg is divorced and has one son, Brendan (17). His interests include motorcycling, reading, writing, travelling and running. Greg is a member of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club..

Greg has run 2 marathons, the Edmonton and Vancouver and 12 half marathons, mostly in Banff. In 2007 he rode his motorbike on a trip through Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado (7459 kms).

Greg wishes to help the Vegreville Emergency Services become one of the best departments in the province!
