Kevin, 27, has been with the VFD since 2007. Kevin has completed numerous Fire/Rescue/Emergency Courses. His favorite truck is Engine #1 as Attack Crew. 

Kevin works for the Alberta Research Council in Vegreville as an Engineer in Training and has his BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering form the University of Alberta. His MSc dissertation was entitled "Flammability Hazards of Fuel System Leak Testing" and he has 2 papers published with the Society of Automotive Engineers on automotive repair shop leak testing fire hazards and prevention. Kevin is also a NFPA member and volunteers with the Red Cross Disaster Management Team. He is also joining the Canada Task Force 2 Heavy Urban Search and Rescue.

Kevin's interests include many outdoor activities, sports and reading. Kevin is looking forward to contributing to the VFD and the community for many years to come.
