This standard shall apply to all members required to engage in emergency operations.

II. Standards:

A.   Each member shall remain mentally and physically fit and shall be able to perform required job duties.

B.    All members are subject to the retention, release-to-work and re-evaluation physical examinations required by the appropriate sections of this manual.

C.   When possible, members are encouraged to partake in fitness programs offered to them. 

D.   Each member is required to pass a physical fitness test on a yearly basis.

E.    Aquatic and fitness center access is available, at no charge to members to assist in this.
